We are thrilled to introduce you to Katelyn, a dedicated member whose enthusiasm captures the essence of GRIT.

In the video above, Katelyn offers a glimpse into her journey at GRIT, highlighting how our three distinct modalities – the VersaClimber, Lagree Method, and Yoga – have contributed to enhancing her cardiovascular health, endurance, strength, flexibility, and mental focus.

However, what sets Katelyn’s fitness journey apart is the incredible community she has discovered at GRIT over the last year and half. In her own words, “I love being a member mostly because of the community! I’ve met some really great friends here and I love all of the Instructors.”
